1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the pa999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and must continue to be satisfied throughout Your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pa999 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request documentary proof of age (such as a valid CNIC or passport) during the KYC verification process. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned minus any withdrawals already made under false pretences.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is Your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in Your jurisdiction before registering.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal disability, guardianship order, or court restriction that would prevent You from entering contracts.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by pa999 or any other gaming operator.
5. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must notify pa999 promptly of any changes to your registered details.

pa999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Account Management

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pa999 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your pa999 username and password at all times;
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by You or not;
• Ensuring that no third party accesses or uses your Account;
• Logging out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

pa999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact pa999 Support via live chat immediately. pa999 may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation of any reported security concern.

pa999 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or any other violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. pa999 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Cashier page of the Platform and are subject to change. pa999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed following successful completion of KYC verification. pa999 may request the following documentation before approving a withdrawal:

• A clear copy of your valid CNIC (both sides) or passport;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account confirming registered mobile number);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document) dated within 90 days;

5.3 Withdrawal Timelines. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days following KYC clearance. pa999 does not guarantee specific processing times for third-party payment providers. Expedited withdrawal options may be available for verified accounts in good standing.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Funds credited as Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. pa999 may apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar month, details of which are published in the Cashier section of the Platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pa999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. pa999 reserves the right to exclude any user from any promotion at its discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses carry an expiry period, after which any uncompleted wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Expiry periods are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, hedging bets across accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated funds.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a pa999 Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.

pa999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress, except where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on the pa999 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In addition, the following general gaming conditions apply across all pa999 products:

7.1 Game Outcomes. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. pa999 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes in any way beyond the published return-to-player (RTP) parameters of each game.

7.2 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL, international matches, ICC tournaments), football, UFC, and other markets, are subject to the pa999 Sports Betting Rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports betting outcome, the decision of pa999's trading team is final, subject to the review procedure described in Section 7.4.

7.4 Disputes. Any dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or related matter must be raised with pa999 Support within seven (7) days of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. pa999 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

7.5 Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system malfunction, pa999 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund stakes. "Malfunction voids all pays and play" applies across all pa999 gaming products. pa999 is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pa999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or any point during account use;
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the pa999 Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your actual location through VPN or proxy services;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to influence game or bet outcomes;
• Attempting to defraud pa999 or other users through any means, including chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or identity fraud;
• Using the pa999 Platform for any money laundering activity or to process funds of illicit origin;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as defined in Section 6 of these Terms;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any pa999 software or platform component;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards pa999 support staff or other users.

9 Responsible Gaming

pa999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. pa999 recognises that for a small number of users, gambling can become problematic, and has implemented the following tools and policies to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set session duration reminders and automatic logout timers to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pa999 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;

In all circumstances, pa999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The pa999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pa999 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

12 Privacy & Data

pa999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering with pa999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
